This small hotel in mountainous style.It is situated in Raduil village, in the bosonia of Rila mountain, 8 km. from worth-famous ski-centre Borovets.

15 km. away there're 3 mineral springs with mineral bath and uncovered pools in "Dolna Bania" and "Kostenetz".
During the winter the hotel is springboard if skiing. In the surrounding areas of the Raduil village, there're possibilities for ski-race.
